Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering or technology-related discipline
- Around 10-15+ years project deployment experience, in a turn-key deployment environment
- Hands-on experience in site acquisition and construction, Site Implementation & Outside Plant (SIOP) services and rolling Outside Plant projects with value more than 10M Euro
- Detailed knowledge of Outside Plant activity, Permits Process, Design work and Deployment preferably on large Fixed Networks (e.g. FTTx ) projects
- In-depth experience in financial control & cost management (material and services), able to drive efficiencies and cost reductions
- Exposure in managing large telecommunication industry-related technical project teams and Project Managers in delivery
- Exposure in commercial management (in relation to contract & financial project management).
- Effective communication/interpersonal skills and persona to manage a big team, customer and subcontractors.
- Excellent English oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding on project management tools and methodology, PMP certification is a plus
