Job Responsibilities
The position is responsible for the maintenance of the digital applications in production, including tasks related to
troubleshooting application issues and root cause analysis. Must have business skills and technical IT knowledge in
order to deliver application operations services.
Description of tasks:
Work on planning and execution of incident, problem, change and service requests within agreed SLA
May create and develop software solutions to the application including deployment to production
Manage ticketed query system (ServiceNow, Jira)
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Collaboration with multiple teams and vendors for production related activities
Regularly check on overall health of the applications supported

Job Requirements
Knowledge on ITIL framework
Technical skills
Java
Oracle SQL
HTML, CSS, Javascript
Angular JS, Angular 2+ (preferably latest version)
Ionic
Bootsrap
IBM MobileFirst (version 7 and 8)
At least 2 years of experience in application support or L2 production support
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Able to read/write easy to medium SQL query
Experience on application development and deployment for mobile app With good communication skills
Able to work outside business hours to provide on-call support when necessary for production issues and application health check
