Proactively monitor and maintain NAS, VPN, network and firewall systems and IT Communication infrastructure.
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and technical assistance for all Operating system and Hardware issues with proper description
Interact with the teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
Perform routine/ scheduled audits of the systems, including backups.
Train employees on the use of computers, applications, security, and network
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
Monitoring and Installation of SSL certificates
Skills / Qualifications:
Exp: 3 - 5 years
Should have troubleshooting skills in network and system administration
Working knowledge of Windows 10, Ubuntu / Centos
Knowledge about Web servers like Apache, IIS, NGINX
Knowledge of cloud technologies from AWS, GCP, or Azure and tools related to build and operate cloud-based applications.
Good understanding of usage and purpose of Firewall and VPN
